Tree Board

The Tree Board works to preserve, protect, and enhance the Village’s urban forest. In partnership with the Village Forester, the Board evaluates the health and condition of the Village’s public trees, develops strategies for long-term tree management, and recommends tree planting, maintenance, and preservation initiatives that promote a healthy, diverse, and resilient tree canopy. Through these efforts, the Board helps enhance the Village’s natural beauty, environmental sustainability, and quality of life.

The Tree Board meets monthly.

Current Members: Dan DeLano, Jr., Noel Bartlow, Paul Krieter, Julian Macy, Jim Lion, Doug Richardson, Nick Roth, Rimme St. George, and Richard Sweeney (Chairperson).

Ex Officio Members: Tom Draves and Ben Vilonen.
