The Zoning Board of Appeals hears requests for relief from Zoning standards (Area and Use Variances) as well as Special Use Permits. Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month.

The board members are: Patricia Fulwiler, Shawn Lemay, Christine Petrie, and Richard Andrews (Chairperson). Matthew Carlson and William Tuyn are Alternates.

The only accepted payments are via cash or check mailed or brought into: The Village of Williamsville 5565 Main St. Williamsville, NY 14221

The Village of Williamsville will never request payments via email links or wire transfer. All fees for planning and zoning board applications and building permit applications must be paid by personal check or money order made out to the Village of Williamsville and paid at the Village of Williamsville Building and Zoning Clerk’s Office at the time of application submittal. Receipts for payment are then delivered to the Planning Department and Building Department for each respective application. Official Village emails will only come from @village.williamsville.ny.us addresses. If you receive an email requesting online payment for a building permit, planning or zoning board of appeals application, contact the Village Building Department at 716-632-7747, before responding.
