Unless noted otherwise, the Village Board holds its regular meetings at 7:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. Meetings are held in the auditorium at Village Hall, 5565 Main St. Preceding each regular meeting is a 6 p.m. work session.
The public may attend both the work session and the regular meeting; however, there is no opportunity for public comment during work sessions. The agendas for regular meetings include an item called “Suspension of Rules,” which allows for public comment. During this portion of the agenda, each attendee has one opportunity of up to three minutes to speak to the Village Board about any village-related issue.

Christine L. Hunt has lived in the Village of Williamsville for more than 25 years. Hunt embraces the sense of community and history of the Village, a passion that led her to become a volunteer member of the Historic Preservation Commission. Hunt served as chairperson of the commission before being elected to the Village Board in 2021. She and her husband, Dan, have two adult sons. The couple resides in the village’s oldest stone house, which is now an approved local historic landmark following their nomination of the structure.

Amy Jackson has been a Village homeowner for more than 14 years. Her passion and interests are in community service through volunteerism, and she has a special interest in the Village parks. This led her to become Chairperson of the Glen Park Joint Board. Trustee Jackson is a graduate of Buffalo State University and has two adult sons who reside in the village.
