This Release, Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement (the "Release") executed by you (the "Volunteer") is in favor of the Village of Williamsville ("Village"), officials, employees, and agents, including, without limitation, and the employees of the Village Department of Public Works (collectively, "Releasees"). The Volunteer desires to work as a volunteer for Releasees and engage in the activities related to being a volunteer, as more specifically set forth in Attachment A hereto (the "Authorized Activities"), and Releasees agree to allow the Volunteer to engage in the Authorized Activities subject to the following terms.

• Scope of Authorized Activity: The scope of the Volunteer's activities is limited to the Authorized Activities, including any conditions and/or limitations incorporated into the description of the Authorized Activities, and the failure to adhere to such scope, conditions or limitations ("Unauthorized Activities") may result in the immediate revocation of Volunteer's rights hereunder.
• Compliance with Rules, Regulations and Directions: Volunteer shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations and comply with all direction received from Releasees in performing the Authorized Activities; failure to do so may result in the immediate revocation of Volunteer's rights hereunder.
• Release and Waiver: Volunteer does hereby release and holds harmless releasees from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Volunteer's Authorized Activities, Unauthorized Activities and/or Failure to Comply (collectively, "Activities").
• Medical Treatment: Volunteer does hereby release and forever discharge Releasees from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first aid, treatment, or service rendered in connection with the Volunteer's Activities.
• Assumption of the Risk: Volunteer hereby assumes the risk of injury or harm in the Activities and releases Releasees from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the Activities. 
• Photographic Release: Volunteer does hereby grant and convey unto Releasees all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video made by Releasees during the Volunteer's Activities.
• Hold Harmless: Volunteer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees for any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Volunteer's Unauthorized Activity, Failure to Comply or Volunteer's reckless performance of any Authorized Activities.
• Other: Volunteer agrees that this Release is intended to be as broad as permitted by the laws of the State of New York and that it shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
