Erie County has announced its annual Agricultural District Enrollment Period, which runs from September 1 through September 30, 2026.
During this 30-day period, landowners may submit requests to include predominantly viable agricultural land in an existing certified agricultural district in accordance with New York State Agriculture and Markets Law.
Additional information and the online enrollment form are available through the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning at erie.gov/agenrollment.
